In a small group, we were all given simple
algebraic problems to solve, then plot ad connect on graphing paper. As everyone created their points, we started
connecting them through mathematical transformations on the graph by shifting
some points a certain amount of units and reflecting one design across the
y-axis. Overall, we created a cityscape on both sides with the night sky and
constellations in the middle of the graph. This art project is perfect for
students learning how to graph and plot points in math.
